All dressed up New releases Feb

Hello everyone

Wowsers, the new release images at all dressed up are simply gorgeous!  Wendy has created some amazing new images available from the Etsy store.  They are simply stunning and soooo therapeutic to colour!

Here they are:

So this month I had the pleasure of colouring up Flower market.  If you like your background colouring techniques these are perfect.

Made during the recent yellow and pick 'Spring colour' phase, using up some of the scraps left from printing from various digi kits.  she was coloured with Copics and the sentiment is a LoTV digi.

I then got hold of an extra image and made this one using 'What to wear'

This one is made using a LoTV pad (they no longer make these but the digi kit is available via Nitwit.)  again coloured with copics and adding two nuvo glitter drops too.

I hope you like them both, they are so pretty!

Please nip over to our blog.  there is a challenge ongoing until 15th March, anything goes (using an All dressed up image) and for more fabulous dressie inspiration.  Oh and don't forget about our Facebook page either.

Thanks for stopping by see you all soon.

February all dressed up challenge

Hello dressie fans.

I cannot believe it is already February, and heading into the second half of the month!  Where does time go.  Its half term for my little one next week, meaning he is officially halfway through year two, with SATs looming very soon!

As it’s the 15th it is of course time for another dressie challenge on our blog here.  With a chance for the winner to grab three images from our Esty site, including some of those gorgeous new releases showcased by our talented DT last week.  Watch this space for more DT inspiration for next week!

Our rules for this challenge are simple – its anything goes, providing you use and All Dressed up image.  If you haven’t got any, there are freebies on the blog too, so you can get started straight away.  For those of you who would like to see more of Wendy’s images, hop over to Etsy here.

For this challenge, I have used, busy little bee

I coloured her up with my copics (oh my gosh, where have these pens been all my life, I just love them! Sneakily I’ve ordered some more hoping hubby wont notice!)

The paper is glittery hence the strange first photo as my camera and flash didn’t appreciate the bling!  Its from a first edition pad.  I matted any layered onto grey and used a typed sentiment in the cutest font.  Layered it up, added more glitter and some pearls, and there she is…

 Hope you like her!

Please hop over to our blog for more inspiration, and we also have a Facebook challenge with the theme red/romance of hearts, which again you can win three stunning images of your choice.

Thanks for any comments you leave, I love happy email!

See you soon
